This article focuses on the concept of a special subject in administrative-legal disputes - the administrative body. It examines how state organizations, enterprises, institutions, special commissions, and other legal entities acquire the status of an "administrative body" in the course of various relationships. Additionally, the article presents a comparative legal analysis of the concept of "administrative body" based on the scientific views of theoretical scholars and legislative acts. The article puts forward the perspective that the administrative body is a special subject in administrative-legal disputes, offering proposals and conclusions within the framework of this view.
