This article analyzes the necessity of a new, modern mechanism called "public notification of court proceedings through mass media." This mechanism serves two purposes: firstly, to properly inform persons involved in administrative cases initiated on collective claims about the time and place of court sessions; and secondly, to involve other interested parties in cases where the court proceedings may affect the interests of unspecified individuals.
