In this article, the legal essence and modern legal structure of concession agreements are revealed based on an objective analysis. The article examines the characteristics and essence of concession agreements, their place among civil law and public law transactions, and their relationship to PPP and TPP transactions. Based on the conducted legal analysis, individual theoretical conclusions were formulated and a number of practical recommendations were put forward.
