The article "Comparative Legal Concept, Purpose, and Normative Analysis of Legislative Norms on Crime Prevention" examines the comparative legal foundations of legislative norms in the field of crime prevention, their objectives, and normative analysis. The characteristics of legislative norms in this area, their role and significance in international and national practice are analyzed. The article explores the aims of legislative norms, their role in ensuring legal order in society, as well as challenges in their practical application and ways to improve them. Through a comparative legal approach, the norms of Uzbekistan's legislation in this area are compared with the experiences of various foreign countries.
