This article analyzes the concept, legal content, and consequences of state registration and refusal to transfer rights and transactions. Scientific conclusions related to the legal basis, material and procedural aspects, and practical application of state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it are also presented. In addition, based on scientific research and the experience of foreign countries, proposals and recommendations have been developed for state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it.
