This article provides a comparative analysis of the concepts of "death", "euthanasia" and "suicide" from philosophical, ethical, and legal perspectives. Although each concept is associated with the end of human life, their ethical foundations and societal acceptance differ. The study examines the essence, social perceptions, and practical legal bases of these concepts.
