This article examines foreign experiences of non-bank housing finance models based on Islamic financing principles and explores the possibilities of their application in Uzbekistan. Effective models are analyzed using examples of Islamic cooperatives, crowdfunding platforms, and mechanisms for purchasing homes directly from developers. Based on comparative legal and content analysis methods, the study reveals that while non-bank organizations financing housing in accordance with Islamic finance may exist in Uzbekistan, many forms are not yet fully regulated by law. Drawing on foreign experiences and existing theories, the article proposes ways to meet housing needs and ensure financial inclusion by adapting these models to Uzbekistan's financial system.
