This article analyzes modern principles of bioethics in the field of medical research and their practical significance. Bioethical norms are considered within the framework of medical experiments, clinical trials, patient consent, human rights, and scientific integrity. During the study, international experience, legislative norms, and ethical principles were studied, and their application in the national healthcare system was highlighted.
