This article analyzes the establishment of short-term training centers for irrigation and land reclamation specialists in the Andijan region during 2003-2004. It examines the curriculum of these centers and the training conducted in practical areas, as well as the experience of enhancing practical skills under limited conditions of modern laboratory and technical facilities.
