This thesis analyzes the legal status of creative products generated by artificial intelligence, particularly focusing on their assessment within the framework of copyright law. The study examines issues of mandatory labeling for AI-generated content, personal data protection, and copyright safeguards based on the existing regulatory framework in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the newly proposed draft law "On Artificial Intelligence." Furthermore, drawing from real-world scenarios in international practice, judicial precedents, and experiences of other countries, the thesis argues for the legal status of artificial intelligence as a tool rather than a creator.
