This article analyzes the nature of AI hallucinations, their legal risks, and their impact on the professional activities of lawyers and prosecutors, real cases of AI-generated false evidence and their influence on judicial proceedings within the legal enforcement practices of developed countries are examined, based on international experience, the recommendations of specialized task forces aimed at minimizing such ethical and legal challenges, the necessity of developing legal mechanisms to prevent AI hallucinations аnd clearly defining the boundaries of legal liability.
