Congenital malformations of the fetus are one of the main causes of perinatal and infant mortality and disability from childhood. The frequency and nosological structure of developmental anomalies in newborns, the possibilities of innovative surgical correction of some types of congenital malformations are presented. The study was carried out in the Republican Perinatal Center (Uzbekistan), reporting data for the period 2012 - 2023 were studied.
