As a facilitator, the educator uses his knowledge, skills and resources to educate and educate children. The educator plans the process of education and upbringing, creates a developing environment that contributes to the comprehensive development of the child and the opening of his potential. To do this, the educator knows the features of the child's development, understands his feelings, identifies and takes into account the needs and interests of each child. The educator creates in the group such an inclusive environment in which every child should feel ardent, capable and involved in the educational process. This article covers the theoretical foundations of the development of a facilitation approach in the educational process in future educators-educators.
