The article analyzes the conceptual foundations and specific features of non-governmental higher education services within the framework of civil law. It reveals the role and importance of the non-governmental sector in Uzbekistan's higher education system, its legal nature, and specific aspects in market relations. The author analyzes the current state of civil law regulation of non-governmental educational services and examines international experience. The distinctive characteristics of educational services compared to other types of services are identified. The article presents practical proposals for improving the activities of non-governmental higher education institutions, strengthening their legal status, and enhancing the quality of education. The research results contribute to improving the legal framework for regulating non-governmental higher education services.
