This article analyzes cases of domestic violence against minors in Uzbekistan, their level of danger, and prevention strategies from a criminological perspective. Based on data from UNICEF and WHO, the article explains the concepts of child victimization and polyvictimization, their forms, and highlights the vulnerability of socially disadvantaged groups. The seven key components of the INSPIRE program and international best practices for violence prevention are discussed. The content of the 2024 Law “On the Protection of Children from All Forms of Violence” is also examined. The author thoroughly analyzes the specific features of the family environment and justifies the need for comprehensive measures. The criminological profile of perpetrators of domestic violence is studied. Scientific views on the negative consequences of various forms of violence against children are presented.
