In this article, the author reviewed the academic articles and analytical reports on the practice of Singapore in the field of ensuring interethnic harmony and religious tolerance. The author shows the main directions of state policy in this area, examines the regulatory framework aimed at strengthening national harmony in society, as well as the legislative acts regulating the activity of religious organizations in this country. Based on the research findings, it has been determined that some aspects of Singapore's effective domestic policy, whose population consists of representatives of different nationalities and religions, can be used in addressing the tasks of developing secular statehood and strengthening religious tolerance in Uzbekistan. The methods of observation, as system, comparative and statistical analysis were used in writing the article.
