This article presents proposals and recommendations regarding the existing powers of National Guard units in ensuring public order and security, the grounds for expanding these powers, and potential amendments to legislation aimed at broadening the National Guard units' current authority in preventing administrative offenses. Additionally, the results of ongoing reforms in this area have been scientifically analyzed, and observations and reflections on their role in society's life have been expressed.
