This article focuses on the analysis of research related to the categorical structure of the organization of youth work and issues of its improvement. Also, it reveals ways to solve these issues based on the views of practitioners and theorists in local and public administration, sociology, social work, and pedagogy. In this sense, youth is used differently in different fields depending on its concept, content, and size, which in turn poses significant communication and research challenges.
