This scientific article presents a comprehensive analysis of demographic development trends of entrepreneurial entities across the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, using the period from 2017 to 2025 as a case study. The research evaluates the dynamics of newly established and operating entrepreneurial entities, their regional disparities, their ratios relative to the working-age population, as well as sustainability indicators of individual entrepreneurship. The analysis is based on official statistical sources and examines the causes of economic imbalances between regions and mechanisms for their mitigation. The research findings have significant scientific and practical relevance for improving regional entrepreneurship policies and developing regional development strategies.
