The article provides a systematic legal analysis of constitutional and legal guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurial activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, freedoms, rights and obligations enshrined in the constitution and legislative norms, and examines guarantees established for entrepreneurial activity. The mechanisms of state support for entrepreneurial activity, the tasks of state organizations in this area, as well as the rights and obligations of business entities are presented.
