The article analyzes the status of the Chamber of Lawyers and its functions. To ensure the effective functioning of the bar, it is necessary, first of all, to understand the status of the Chamber of Advocates, its legal functions and role in serving the public. In-depth analysis of issues related to the functions of Chamber membership or the body ensuring the corporate unit of lawyers is important for improving the legal profession. Therefore, a large-scale scientific study of the functions of the Chamber of Advocates allows for the development of effective mechanisms for managing the legal profession.
