This article analyzes the legal mechanism of the bar system operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The object of the analysis is the principles of the Institute of Advocacy, enshrined in the New Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Aspects of the principles that are considered the most fundamental foundations of the legal profession, that is, the legal principles expressed in the new constitution, and the mechanisms for their implementation will also be analyzed.
