Today, rule-making activity is becoming increasingly important and plays an important role in the development of legislation. One of the main stages of rule-making consists of a comprehensive study of the examination of regulatory legal documents and a comparative legal analysis of the best practices of foreign countries. Based on this, this scientific article provides a comparative legal analysis of the practice of forensic examination in foreign countries, and also formulates the author’s recommendations for improving the practice of national legislation and law enforcement.
