Annotatsiya

In this state, the author proved the analysis of the legal nature of mandatory public relations, comparative order and implementation, established and international normative legal documents, content, orderly implementation and mechanisms of implementation, and executive and executive legislation of the country. In the process of investigation, the author entered a scientific discussion with the presenter and presented his proposal regarding the use of the term “obligatory social work” in law and criminal law theory.
