The article proves that fraud crime is committed traditionally, not only by official organizations, but also by the whole society, and it is necessary to implement new tasks based on cooperation. The scientific conclusions on the development and improvement of the organizational-legal and practical mechanisms of organizing victimological prevention of fraud are substantiated. Based on the results of the analysis of the current state of the theoretical, organizational-legal, and practical mechanisms of fraud victimological prevention developed within the framework of the research, directions for the harmonious improvement of these foundations have been researched and suggestions and recommendations have been developed.
