This article explores the complexities of regulating artificial intelligence (AI) within the framework of international digital trade. As AI technologies permeate increasingly global markets, traditional legal structures struggle to address their unique challenges. This paper analyzes existing international regulations, identifies regulatory gaps, and proposes frameworks for effectively managing AI's impact on digital trade.
