This article aims to analyze the adjudication mechanism as a modern alternative dispute resolution (ADR) method in the context of resolving international commercial disputes. It examines the historical development, legal foundations, and practical application of the adjudication institution in resolving cross-border commercial conflicts. The study also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of adjudication through a comparative legal analysis with mediation and arbitration, demonstrating its effectiveness, implementation, and role at the international level. The article explores the impact of international treaties and institutional rules governing the adjudication institution, as well as relevant examples demonstrating its effectiveness in resolving complex disputes. Additionally, the paper provides recommendations for improving adjudication mechanisms to facilitate fair and effective resolution of international commercial disputes.
