In the article, the author examines issues of liability for crimes committed as a result of hooliganism in the CIS countries. In particular, the study analyzes the legal characteristics of criminal liability norms related to such offenses in the criminal legislation of the examined countries. The main types of crimes associated with hooliganism, including intentional murder, intentional infliction of grievous and moderate bodily harm, and other offenses, are explored. Additionally, scientific and theoretical conclusions are drawn based on the analysis.
