In the article, the author, from the point of view of the criminal law, examines the issues of signs of the subject of hooliganism. In particular, as an integral feature of the crime under study, the characteristics of the subject of the crime, its main features, including the age of the subject of the crime, the sign of an individual, medical criteria were analyzed, and corresponding scientific and theoretical conclusions were developed.
