The article reviews current evidence on the efficacy and safety of bevacizumab in the treatment of recurrent laryngeal papillomatosis. It summarizes the outcomes of systemic and intralesional therapy, including their effects on recurrence rates, surgical intervals, and voice function. The findings indicate that bevacizumab is a promising adjuvant treatment that improves clinical outcomes and reduces the need for repeated surgical interventions.
