The aim of this article is to evaluate the relationship between nutritional status, disease severity, and quality of life in patients with liver cirrhosis of various etiologies, and to establish clinical criteria for the early prediction of an unfavorable disease course. During the study, disease severity was assessed using the Child-Pugh and MELD/MELD-Na scales, nutritional risk was assessed using the NRS-2002, and quality of life was assessed using the SF-36 questionnaire. The results were analyzed based on mean value and standard error, proportions, intergroup differences, and correlation analysis.
