This article explores one of the most significant intellectual evolutions in the history of medicine: the journey from the medieval medical teachings of Ibn Sina to modern artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It analyzes how medical knowledge has been shaped and transitioned into a digital format over twelve centuries, the application of AI in clinical decision-making, telemedicine, diagnostic systems, and the role of artificial neural networks in medical image analysis. Furthermore, the article discusses issues of ethics, privacy, and algorithmic fairness in AI-driven medicine. The article demonstrates the structural parallels between the methodological approaches presented in Ibn Sina's "The Canon of Medicine" and modern machine learning paradigms. The research concludes by reaffirming that medical evolution is a continuous process, with each era serving as a foundation for the next generation.
