The objective of this study was to comparatively assess the dynamics of the inflammatory biomarkers C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and Cystatin-C in patients with coronary heart disease after coronary stenting, and to determine their clinical significance. The results indicate that a comprehensive assessment of these biomarkers has significant clinical value for monitoring patient status after coronary stenting, evaluating treatment efficacy, and predicting the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.
