This study is devoted to the investigation of the clinical, laboratory, and prognostic features of cytopenic syndromes in patients with anemic conditions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The clinical manifestations, hematological parameters, and factors influencing the course and prognosis of the disease were analyzed. Particular attention is paid to identifying the relationship between different types of cytopenias and the severity of anemia, as well as assessing their impact on patients’ quality of life and treatment effectiveness. The obtained results make it possible to determine the most significant diagnostic and prognostic criteria for cytopenic syndromes, which contributes to improving approaches to early diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of patients with anemic conditions in the region.
