Manifesting itself in various areas, the conflict of interests has its own specific features. The field of education, being one of the most vulnerable areas in which it is easy to commit a corruption offense, occupies a special place in the research of scientists. In this work, the author, analyzing the legislation of foreign countries and the Republic of Uzbekistan, among other things, revealed the features of the conflict of interests in the field of education.
