In the article, the author highlighted some issues related to the object of crimes committed using the Internet. Today, the composition of crimes committed using the Internet has significantly exceeded, and now crimes against property are also committed through them. It is important to clarify the issue of the object of these types of crimes, since the correct assessment of their object serves to assign a fair punishment for the act. A growing number of crimes related to the theft of other people's property, which has recently increased, especially the increase in looting by embezzlement or theft, is a serious violation of constitutional human rights and exercise of this right. The author drew attention to the fact that among the crimes committed using the Internet, a special place is occupied by robbery of the property of other persons using the Internet. In analyzing the object of these crimes, the author refers to the fact that it has become very popular to plunder someone else's property using computer tools in foreign countries, which is called a "plastic crime", against which responsibility is implied in these states. This is due to the fact that in the life of society it is noted that a plastic card, which is considered an electronic means of payment in connection with an account, is very widespread.
