The content of this article is that a lot of reforms aid at protecting the interests of our citizens is currently being implemented. Therefore, we can see in “Avesta” how the interests of people prevail. Since the book "Avesta" is the first written source of social, political, economic and spiritual history, it is necessary to analyze it carefully, because it is essential to study and analyze legal sources and systems of the past. Spiritual heritage left by ancestors is important in adoption of laws and legal documents related to human rights and freedoms in the society.
