The article analyzes the need for electronic recording (registration) of persons called to bodies of inquiry or other law enforcement agencies, in order to reflect data on detainees in fact, on a single electronic database of interaction between law enforcement agencies and the Chamber of Lawyers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in order to fill the gap between actual detention face and legal (formalized protocol). In order to ensure transparency of the actions of employees of inquiry bodies, law enforcement agencies and timely provision of legal protection method is proposed.
