In this article, the issue of digitalization of the legal profession of Uzbekistan is considered. The gaps in legislation are analyzed, which may lead to legal inequality between protection and investigation. The ways of resolving possible legal situations are considered. Modern digital technologies, in the system of advocacy, can provide transparency, speed and reliability in the process of advocacy. Digital innovation will allow the legal profession of Uzbekistan to provide legal assistance in a single electronic platform in the presentation of local legal services, as well as the provision of international legal assistance services.
