This research article explores the concept of trust management of property. Its basic principles, role and significance in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Namely, regarding the area of trust management of property in the conduct of business. The legislation in the field of economic law and the norms of civil law concerning the trust management of property was also analyzed. Legislative acts and related law enforcement practices of various countries in the field of trust management of property, namely in the conduct of business activities, have been studied in detail. Some provisions are proposed in relation to the practice of improving national legislation in this area.
