The article scientifically examines the concepts of the crime of theft and theft of a vehicle, criminal law definitions, responsibility for committing crimes of this type, some problems of criminal law, the opinions of scientists and their solutions. The authors also made suggestions and recommendations on some shortcomings in the norm established by law for this type of crime.
