The article reveals the concept of operational investigative measures carried out by operational units of internal affairs bodies to solve crimes, methods of their conduct, the procedure for collecting, processing, recording and presenting information, information necessary to prove a crime, the procedural actions for their investigation, methods of re-education of information obtained as a result of operational investigative measures as evidence.
