The article analyzes the content of the legal regulation of constitutional law from the attitude of national legislative, accentuate fundamental character of the subject of Constitutional law as leading industry of law. Dissenting attention is paid to analyze different approaches to the definition of the subject of Constitutional law. The authors come to substantiated conclusion about, the subject of Constitutional law is diverse, differ in its uniqueness and being the base for all other industries of law. Constitutional law forms the basis, the core of the legal system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It contains legal ideas, general principles, main starts, in accordance with which build and functioned all industries of rights. Special significance of the constitutional law in legal system is due to the specifics of the subject of legal regulation.
