The article analyzes modern state of the international legislative in the sphere of providing information security and practice of combating cybercrime. The author notes that recently adopted obligatory international acts on cybersecurity, also adopted regional documents. Comparative analyzes of the norms of international and regional legislation allows to conclusion of necessity of elaboration of single international strategy combating cybercrime and unification of national legislative in the field of criminal law regulation of relations in the sphere of informational technology and provide information security.
