This article is aimed at studying the mutually exclusive aspects of an employment contract from a civil contract, as well as issues of regulation of these contracts. In addition, the theoretical views of scientists on the disclosure of the legal nature of labor and civil contracts, scientific and theoretical definitions given to these contracts, as well as foreign experience were analyzed.
