The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of workers' working hours on weekends and holidays, as well as in other foreign countries, aspects of attracting workers to work on weekends or holidays, regulating the issue of working hours are studied. The specifics of attracting employees to work during non-working hours and holidays and the procedure for its establishment were also analyzed.
