Annotatsiya

The study included 143 patients with lacunar stroke, 54 of whom had COVID-19 infection. A comparative analysis of the clinical manifestations, course variants, and severity of asthenic syndrome in patients with lacunar stroke against the background of COVID-19 and without it was conducted. It has been established that in patients who have had a coronavirus infection, the clinical picture is characterized by greater polymorphism, a combination of motor, sensory, and coordination disorders, as well as the presence of scattered microfocal symptoms. In addition, patients with COVID-19 exhibited more pronounced asthenic syndrome according to the MFI-20 scale (p<0.01). The obtained data indicate the modifying effect of SARS-CoV-2 on the pathogenesis and clinical course of lacunar strokes, which requires a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of such patients.
