A prospective interventional study was conducted involving 30 school-age patients with a confirmed diagnosis of cerebral palsy who underwent rehabilitation in medical institutions of the Andijan region between 2023 and 2024. The participants were divided into two groups: a control group receiving standard rehabilitation and an intervention group receiving additional therapy using the Forbrain auditory stimulation device. Age distribution among participants was as follows: 7–10 years – 11 children (36.7%), 11–14 years – 12 children (40%), and 15–17 years – 7 adolescents (23.3%). Over the course of the study, improvements in speech clarity, attention, memory, and communication skills were assessed using standardized neuropsychological and speech therapy evaluation tools. The results showed statistically significant improvements in the intervention group compared to the control group, indicating that the Forbrain method may serve as an effective complementary tool in the rehabilitation of school-age children with cerebral palsy. These findings support the integration of auditory feedback technologies into comprehensive neurorehabilitation programs.
