This study conducted a comparative analysis of parameters in patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke hospitalized in the Fergana region. The work examined the gender and age structure of patients, mortality rates, as well as the prognostic significance of transient ischemic attacks and transient cerebrovascular disorders as possible predictors of stroke. The analysis revealed the prevalence of ischemic stroke in the overall morbidity structure, while the hemorrhagic subtype was characterized by a significantly higher mortality rate. The obtained data are of practical value for improving diagnostics, patient management strategies, and preventive measures aimed at reducing the consequences of cerebrovascular diseases in the region.
