In recent years, particular scientific attention has been focused on investigating the impact of hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance associated with obesity on proliferative processes in the endometrium. These pathophysiological mechanisms are considered to play a key role in the development of endometrial hyperplastic processes. Moreover, significant attention is being given to modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps, the development of effective strategies for preventing their recurrence, and the correction of metabolic disorders, which is crucial for reducing the risk of disease relapse and improving women s reproductive health.
